Ritu Grover,  a Master in Business Administration from Indore Univ having illustrious professional carrier with Eicher Motors Multinationals has exibited exceptional Leadership traits in her teens She was nominated as Headgirl of the School ,  An NCC Captain and later Chairperson of Ahilya Jaycees Youth Club . 

With strong concern  and Interest for  Social Upliftment of Women , Ritu in 1988 conceptualised and ensured that Indore has  The First ‘Women Polytechnic’ Institute. She  established the institute and helped Hundreds of girls making professional carrier in their life. Goes without saying that the major focus was bringing change in the lives of members from weaker economic strata of society.

Married into an industrialist family she held business franchises like Fus ‘Inteshopp and 
My Dollar Store.

Being an entrepreneur did not stop her from her social and family responsibilities. 

Ritu and Ravinder were blessed with three children but a girl child Ravika left early to her final place of resting.
Daughter Ritika is married and working with Pfizer in USA.
Son Raghav is a hotelier working in Middle East.
In honour of her departed daughter,  Ritu Grover donated a complete Science Laboratory at Jeevan Jyoti School Rau.

This versatile personality was Anchor of a weekly community awareness prog ‘Aapka Nazaria’ on OTG channel and Bhasker TV . 
Conducting programs on and off screen is her passion. 
Being the successful educator , businessperson her graph of social popularity rose to higher levels as she became founder of the religious and social groups thus shifting her area of interest totally to Social work . 
She has headed - started and pioneered many Social organisations .
